Mitosis Labs, Inc. (“Mitosis,” “we,” “us”) operates the mitosislabs.ai platform and related services. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our platform.
When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and profile information provided through Google OAuth. We do not store your Google password.
We collect information about how you interact with the platform, including pages visited, features used, agent configurations, and session duration.
Data you provide to your AI agents, including files, messages, instructions, and configuration, is stored to enable agent functionality. Each agent operates in an isolated environment.
Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your full credit card number. Stripe’s use of your data is governed by their privacy policy.
If you enter the AGI Lottery, we collect your name, email, profile picture (via Google OAuth), and any information you voluntarily submit in the qualification form.
Your data is stored on infrastructure hosted by Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Neon (PostgreSQL). Agent workloads run in isolated Kubernetes pods with dedicated resources. We use encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information.
We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:
If you choose to connect a Google account, you may grant Mitosis access to your Google Workspace data so your AI agents can work with it on your behalf. With your explicit consent, we access:
We do not request Gmail access. Accounts that connected Gmail before July 10, 2026 retain the read-only Gmail access they previously granted until they disconnect or revoke it.
We import this data into your own private, isolated office workspace so your agents can search and act on it. We use it solely to provide the agent features you request.
Limited Use. Mitosis’s use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not sell Google user data, do not use it for advertising, and do not use it to train generalized or foundation AI models. We transfer it only as necessary to provide or improve the features you use, to comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger or acquisition with appropriate notice. We do not allow humans to read your Google data unless (a) you give affirmative consent to view specific messages or files (for example, when you ask an agent to act on them), (b) it is necessary for security purposes such as investigating abuse, (c) it is required to comply with applicable law, or (d) the data has been aggregated and anonymized for internal operations.
Removing your Google data. You can disconnect Google at any time from the integration panel in your dashboard, which revokes Mitosis’s access and stops all syncing. You may also revoke access directly at myaccount.google.com/permissions. To request deletion of Google data already imported into your workspace, disconnect the integration or contact us at [email protected], and we will delete it.
